The Fine Print

• When you are purchasing or receiving free Tarot readings or coaching services from me it is your responsibility to read and agree to these terms.
• All Tarot readings and Coaching services will be communicated through email or your chosen messaging service by 3OFSTONES as well as the information found at (www.3ofstones.wordpress.com) are intended to help you identify ares in your life and mindset that might be preventing you from living a life of greater well-being. Tarot card readings and coaching services are not a substitute for professional mental or medical care.
• You agree that coaching services or tarot readings that you receive from 3OFSTONES are not offered to replace professional mental health care or medical care. These offered services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or medical health conditions. 3OFSTONES is not acting as a licensed mental health counsellor or medical professional. 
• You understand and agree that you are responsible for your health and well-being, and all of your life choices.
• You understand that tarot card readings are not a substitute for Counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment.
• You understand that all ideas, homework, meditations, affirmations etc., are created by 3OFSTONES and intended to help you achieve your goals, are created with 3OFSTONES and you give your consent to allow 3OFSTONES to assist you in achieving such goals and understand that there is no guarantee of these results.
• You understand that 3OFSTONES will protect your information to the best of their ability unless you state otherwise in writing. If you report physical abuse or neglect or threaten to harm yourself or someone else, you understand that 3OFSTONES will be obligated to contact the authorities. Furthermore, if 3OFSTONES is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, 3OFSTONES will do so.
• You understand that the internet is not always secure and accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, Facebook, Instagram, Skype, WhatsApp, and other technology. 
• You herby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge 3OFSTONES, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or by 3OFSTONES as a result of the advice given by 3OFSTONES or otherwise resulting from the relationship in this agreement. You further declare that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement have been made to you. 
• The date that your tarot reading or coaching session/programme takes place will be considered the start date for the service. 
• 3OFSTONES will only be obligated to communicate with clients via written messages online and is responsible for ensuring availability for consultation at agreed times. 
• All payments to 3OFSTONES/Kendra Marks-McMahan are non-refundable. If you are unable to commit to the reading or programme that you paid for, then the reading or programme will be held for you to claim at a later date. 
• 3OFSTONES may assign you exercises or homework to complete between sessions. There is no obligation on you to complete these items but not doing so may slow down your progress in achieving your goals. 
• You may contact 3OFSTONES by email/ Instagram Chat between sessions to seek clarification regarding programs or readings or for administrative purposes. Additional coaching or readings can be given between or during sessions but there will be an additional charge for this. 
• In exceptional circumstances such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviours by you, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, 3OFSTONES retains the right to terminate the service early or refuse or be unable to provide further readings or coaching. 
• 3OFSTONES seeks to enable you to improve your quality of life or level of business success or achieve your goals. However, you have sole responsibility to making decisions in your life or business and therefore, 3OFSTONES has no liability for any undesired circumstance experienced in your life or business.
